Delivery Information
We offer local delivery from our Johannesburg and Cape Town dispatch locations. You pay one delivery charge per order, based on your delivery area, regardless of the number, size or weight of the items travelling together.
Delivery charges
The same prices apply in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Delivery areas are measured using Shopify's delivery radius from the location fulfilling your order.

R695 towards delivery on orders of R15,000 or more
Qualifying orders receive R695 towards the delivery charge. The reduced prices are shown above and applied automatically to eligible local delivery orders at checkout. Eligibility is based on the order value calculated by Shopify after applicable discounts, excluding delivery.
One charge for your order
A table, a couch, or several items delivered together from the same city attract one delivery charge for the applicable area. The same delivery prices also apply to décor and small-item orders.
Separate stock and delivery in each city
Johannesburg and Cape Town hold and fulfil stock independently. All items in an order must be available for local delivery from one dispatch location. If your basket contains items held in different cities, please place separate orders or contact our team before payment. Inter-city delivery is not included in the standard local delivery charge.
Outside our delivery areas and special arrangements
For addresses beyond 150 km, inter-city delivery, hoisting, cranes or unusual access, please contact our team for a quotation before ordering and paying. Tell us about stairs, narrow passages, lifts, restricted vehicle access and any special handling requirements. Any additional charge must be agreed before payment.
Collection and delivery arrangements
- Collection is available where offered at checkout; please wait for confirmation that your order is ready.
- Delivery dates are arranged after your order is confirmed.
- Please check that your furniture will fit through all doors, passages, lifts and stairways.
- A responsible adult must be available to receive and inspect the order.
- Delivery charges are not refundable once a delivery attempt has taken place.
- If Local delivery does not appear at checkout, check your address and contact us for help before paying. Local delivery is available through the standard checkout and Shop Pay, but some other express payment options do not support it.
